How is my order packaged?
All products are carefully packed in Zonja Cosmetics branded box and include information about our brand. Our online orders then ship in a sturdy shipping box, insuring they arrive safely with you, just as they left us.

We ship all orders with US Post Signature on Delivery.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Once an order is place it will be shipped within 2 - 4 business days. If for any reason there is an unexpected delay, we will always let you know by sending you a quick email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email advising you of this. Simply click the “View my Order” button within the email, and this will take you to your order page where you will see the tracking link.

What is your returns policy?
Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
